WOOD CARVING
The Wood is carved by a grinding  and polishing process, with the purpose of giving a centain way, it can a concrete or abstract object, to procuce a sculpture, it can be ranged from individual to worked by hand molds that are part of a tracery.
It is a very old activity and widespread, some of the best subsisting examples of ancient Wood carvings come from the middle age in Italy and Frace, were Christian Icomography.
In England exist examples of centuries XVI and XVII epoch in which it was the perfect médium oak.
From the most remote epochs tha decoration of Wood has been a prominent adt. The tendency of human nature has always been to ornament every article of ordinary use.
Humanity from the earliest times, parwings or designs cut in each ítem of Wood that is susceptible carving.
Well can be seen in the works of various people who preserved this tradition: North American indians carved their hooks pipes or nozzles, like the Polynesians  carve their oars.
Your applications are varied althougt mainfuction is the decoration and ornament, it both are used in the architectural embellishment of everyday objects.
Like all craftsmanship has a component artistic which the craftsman turns his creative talents to a few simple tables carve a piece of art, and and another technical and mechanical component, which must be taken into account, so that the raw material responds to the efforts of carver and achieves the desired result.
The tools for the Wood carving are: Gouges, chisels, mototool, pyrographer, scalpel, brushes, finishes of different colors, Wood lacquer, Wood sanding.

PROCESS WOOD CARVING
1.    I choose the design for wood carving.
2.   Then i start get rin of the wood surrounding my design.
3.   I will begin to shape my carving with gouges and chisels.
4.   With mototool i give a touch of wood to finish shaping the design.
5.   I sanded and finally painted it with patina diluted in thinner.
